Elizabeth Pearl Mumba (nee Wonsewitz) age 40, of Murphysboro, passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021. She was born February 19, 1981 in St. Louis, MO to Sandra Leon (nee Smyth) who preceded her in death. Elizabeth is survived by her sisters and brothers, Kimberly Kaemmerer; John Wonsewitz; Jeremiah Wonsewitz; Justin Wonsewitz; Doris Leon and Sarah Leon; and nieces, Julia and Maya and a nephew, Joshua. Cremation rites have been accorded. All who knew and loved Elizabeth miss her dearly. We celebrate her life and find comfort in our Savior, Jesus Christ and the promise of eternal life with Him to all who have faith in God’s grace. Crain Pleasant Grove Murdale Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
