Jamie Lee Williams Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

IN MEMORY OF: Jamie Lee Williams Serving Location: CRAIN FUNERAL HOME – TAMMS 420 Front Street, Tamms, Illinois Jamie Lee Williams, age 43, of McClure, passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at her residence. Jamie was born on May 24, 1978 in Redbud, Illinois. She was raised by her parents, James H. and Hester F. “Sis” (Kirby) Williams. Jamie was a nurse, having first worked for The Lutheran Home, later for Mulberry Manor and most recently at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was of the Christian faith. Jamie was a selfless person, always putting others needs before her own. She was very hard-working and was a wonderful mother. She is survived by her son, Jeremiah Hale; her aunts, Lou Etta Smith, Nelda Kirby and Kathryn Kirby; and many close, loving friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Sis Williams, and several aunts and uncles. Visitation will be held at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 11 AM until 1 PM prior to the service. A joint funeral service remembering the lives of Jamie Lee Williams and James Williams will be held at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms at 1 PM on Tuesday with Brother Bobby Kirby officiating. Interment will follow in Lindsey Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention or Crain Funeral Home.
